Re: The Backlog Check-in Vol. 10: 3/10/18: March Madness Edition

Izzy, now that you mention it I think J mentioned that variable impact issue when he was playing it but I haven't noticed anything so far. Not saying it's not there, but it hasn't impacted my enjoyment any (at first that pun wasn't intended, but now that I've typed it it is SO intended! :P ). That'...

Re: The Backlog Check-in Vol. 10: 3/10/18: March Madness Edition

Sounds like a cool trip j. :) Cane, I've felt that way sometimes about gaming as I've gotten older, but I keep pushing on out of habit sometimes. :P Argyle, I bought Everybody's Golf a while back. I've got to get to it, but I still am a bit peeved about the variable impact and some of the other thin...

Whenever I feel like having that experience, I always think, "I could just play Oblivion again." (or Skryim to a lesser extent, for me. I still want to play Morrowind as well.)

Sorry, it didn't live up to your expectation/hopes phase. I still want to play it sooner or later, but I'm in no hurry.

I got sucked back into Out of the Park Baseball - a dangerous thing for me. Whenever I start it up, I can't put it down. Oh well. :P

I think I was in the top 5, but I'm not sure now. I know I was close to finished, though.

Thanks for letting us know, because I'm still interested. No problem. I'm running through things pretty quickly, so I'll be up to the top in no time. And yeah, I like our board, but it does feel like something's missing without our history. (No criticism, just an observation) I'll keep posting here...

Just letting you guys know that I'm re-posting my 2017 list/reviews on gaf @ https://www.neogaf.com/threads/my-2017-year-in-review.1461059/ , if any of you are still interested or wanted to see the final few games. (I forgot where I was at on our old site, but I know I was close to the end.) Nothing...

Re: The Backlog Check-in Vol. 7: 2/17/18: Metal Gear Survive/Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet Edition

I've been playing Rime (nice that it was free on + since I was interested anyway) and it has been an enjoyable game. Very beautiful and otherworldly sense of place. I think I'm about done. I've also been playing Terraria, and I'm starting to get into that quite a bit. A bit overwhelming at first, bu...

Re: The Backlog Check-in Vol. 6: 2/10/18: Kingdom Come: Deliverance Edition

It feels a lot like Oblivion to me... It's a really deep, engrossing and immersive open world RPG that allows you to approach things how you decide for the most part. It doesn't constantly push you forward, or make you feel rushed to do anything. You feel that you can play at your own pace in your ...
