Re: Phaseknox’s Top 10 Games of 2023
Very interesting list. I'm surprised you finished 10 games.
The only one I've played is P4. It's been a while, but I feel like I spent as much time in dungeons as I did with the other stuff. Maybe I went through them more than I needed to for grinding or collecting/merging monsters?

The sailing/rowing can feel slow as you search for more islands, but again, the mood (at least for me) makes it relaxing and fun as I search for new destinations. Anyone who enjoys the open water / oceans will probably enjoy the sensations here. There's also some story telling, but it's very minima...

WARNING: FOOTBALL TALK BELOW And yeah, cane, don't mention the Panthers, lol. (I really wanted Stroud, although I thought BY would be better than he's been. He looks like a straight bust, although he certainly isn't in an ideal situation. QBs can get "broken" by early circumstances such as...

Interested to hear what you think about how the whole Kratos-Atreus thing plays out. While I'm awaiting the voting on d-pad for my next game, I've been playing Letter Quest : Grimm's Journey Remastered. It's a word game where you make words out of a list of 15 letters in order to damage foes. The wh...

Sorry, finally getting around to checking these out. Very interesting assortment, izzy! 1. Legend Bowl -- Might as well hit this during football season, if not just to wash away the taste of the Panthers season. :P 2. Wall World -- This looks very cool, especially the vertical/horizontal interplay. ...

I played a tiny bit of Yakuza: Like a Dragon yesterday, and the first taste of turn-based combat (in the tutorial) was an immediate turnoff. I'm so used to actively beating up dudes in Kamurocho, bashing bikes over their heads and whatnot. This will take some getting used to.
