Re: The Haul Thread 2024

Can't argue with that!

I have Getsufumaden in my backlog, and I'd like to get to it sooner rather than later - love that art style.

Re: The Backlog Check-in Vol. 350: 9/14/24: Final Fantasy XVI (PC)/God of War Ragnarok (PC)/Star Wars Jedi: Survivor (PS

I finished Kaze and the Wild Masks 100%. There's a handful of achievements remaining that are related to speed running the levels and some other things I don't care too much about. But in terms of the game proper, it was *really* fun to 100%. I think you said you don't remember why you put it down ...

Re: The Backlog Check-in Vol. 350: 9/14/24: Final Fantasy XVI (PC)/God of War Ragnarok (PC)/Star Wars Jedi: Survivor (PS

Games added: Yars Rising Last week: Finished Atlas Fallen (all achievements), played Cursed to Golf and Planet of Lana This week:{/b] More of those last 2 - with Atlas out of the way, I can't imagine not finishing off Lana this week. After that, I'm not sure. I was thinking of picking one of my &qu...

Re: The Haul Thread 2024

I am genuinely interested in what you picked up izzy, but my eyes are too old to read that. :P

I didn't realize they were delisting The Suffering games tho - tempted by those myself if they're still that price (and for sale), I played the first one way back when & enjoyed it.

Re: The Backlog Check-in Vol. 349: 9/7/24: Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP/Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine II Edition

You're not wrong, but apparently there is an audience for that thing. People are buying up external disk drives for it. I just want to know if there will be a price drop on the OG PS5 when that comes out. That's always been the way, but that $699 price tag for the Pro doesn't bode well. I've heard ...

Edit: I don't know what's happening with this board, but phase is living his second life, crim has 50 kids and 8 minutes of total gaming time per month, and cane died apparently. I'll soon be talking to myself - not that that would be out of the ordinary. :P  I'm alive, barely. Life has taken ...

Re: The Backlog Check-in Vol. 349: 9/7/24: Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP/Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine II Edition

I watched the part of Sony's presentation that had the side-by-side comparisons, and honestly I could barely see a difference, and I can't imagine being able to tell if they WEREN'T side-by-side. At any rate, I actually sold my PS5 yesterday (been lazy about listing it, had meant to since I got my n...

A $700 PS5 Pro when most of the games I'm playing & enjoying aren't even taxing current hardware? Sony may have fully lost their minds.

Games added: Nothing Last week: Finished nothing, played Atlas Fallen & Planet of Lana This week: Same. Nothing much has changed. Atlas Fallen made me thing I was right at the end, then...I wasn't. I'm taking my time w/ Planet of Lana, still really enjoying that one. Savoring it. Phase, this go...
