When I finally wrap up Crimson Desert - and I have no idea when that will be, I've crossed the 300 hour mark and still rolling - I'll probably be in the mood for some shorter stuff from my backlog. Probably one of the many sidesplorers I've been sleeping on, but who knows. The only releases this year that I'm about 90% sure I'll be getting are the 2 Culdcept games, the new Castlevania (when there's a physical release) and the new Bloodstained (ditto). I'm backtracking on Blood of Dawnwalker being a definite pickup. Not saying I won't get it, but Cane brought up a good point about those games usually needing some patching at release, and I have to correct my expectations down from what Pearl Abyss has done, NO ONE supports a single-player game like they have.

Also, I've decided I want to save my MS reward points for this in Oct:

I love that. When I finally get to the game, it will be patched to high heaven with countless improvements, additions and enhancements. Looking forward to it.

Very cool! Love the translucence. I dug the PS1 anniversary controller, but I skipped over that console (went from Genesis to PS2), so there was no nostalgia for me.

I got a PS1 right out of college; DG & I pretty much bonded over the thing. I have that anniversary controller packed away somewhere. I missed it when it first released, but lucked up on a used one in excellent condition at a GS a couple of years later.
I also still have my original PS1.
