Games added: Nothing

Last week: Finished Vampire Crawlers, played Crimson Desert.

This week: Crimson Desert.

VC was great, saw the credits roll last week. I'm missing 10 achievements (which sounds like a lot, but that game hands them out like candy, I think there's around 140 total). If Vampire Survivors is any indication, they'll be putting DLC out for this for a long time to come, so I have no doubt I'll knock out the remaining ones sooner or later.

After that little break, I'm back on Crimson Desert. These guys put most Western devs to shame with the way they've been tweaking & updating this game, listening to feedback, and cranking out changes. I said it before, but if anything tops this game for my GOTY this year it's going to have to be REALLY good.
"When I was ten, I read fairy tales in secret and would have been ashamed
if I had been found doing so. Now that I am fifty I read them openly. When I
became a man I put away childish things, including the fear of childishness and the
desire to be very grown up.” ― C.S. Lewis

All right, looking forward to your thoughts on those three!

I need to look into that one. My first reaction was meh since it's card-based, but it seems to have appeal for those like me who haven't really gotten into that kind of thing before.

That's great to hear. By the time I get to it, it should be immaculate!

Played recently: nothing

Finished: nothing

Added to backlog: nothing (yet)

I'm back from Florida, where I had a spectacular vacation. The only game I played was Taco Cat Goat Cheese Pizza with my granddaughter, haha. Oh, also a little bit of Rummikub, along with the real-life version of the fishing minigame.

It looks like izzy hasn't been around lately. Has he joined Phase in the PS2BC graveyard?? I hope not.

Hey all. Testing started this week and I am the test coordinator at my school so...well, July will be here soon :P . Hope all's well!

Played: DQ Builders 2. Getting in 40-60 minutes a day on the train. I really, really am charmed by this game. It's stopped me from buying things because I am pretty committed to getting through it. It's a really good Steam deck game, commute just goes by.

Bought: Nothing

Beat: Nothing

This week: DQ Builders 2 of course!

When July gets here, guess I'll be able to get back to Ratchet and then Spiderman 2 on PS5 ...one day, it will be July ;) .

DQ Builders 2 was great! That was the only one I played, but it was a lot of fun.

Hey, Don't rush me! :P Soon. Soon. ;)

I just haven't had anything to add, I guess. I have almost cobbled together my 2025 recap and I'll share that here pretty soon hopefully.
