I'm closing in on the last orb in DQ3. Very much enjoying this game!

In addition to some oddities outside the mainstream, I have gone back to an oldie (relatively speaking) but goodie in Spelunky. I've put about 30 hours into it since starting it back up after a decade. Still as fun as it always was, and still as punishing. But it's so easy to jump in and have a quick bit of fun without too much of a time investment if you just want a short session. Just one of those games that I don't think ever really gets old.

Yeah, I'm just not gonna budge off of CD right now. 250+ hours now.

Watched a more recent movie over the weekend, Becky. It's from 2000, so relatively more recent anyway. Stars Kevin James and Joel McHale, and it's NOT a comedy - not in the slightest. Kevin James plays an escaped convict/skinhead. Becky is a 13-year-old girl who ends up going scorched earth on them. Good stuff, but it does get kinda grisly at times. Still, it's weird seeing Kevin James play menacing. 4/5 stars.
